Hi James,

I hope you are doing well. The last time we spoke was your first day back to work since your surgery.

I went to the TCS Foreclosures conference this past weekend. It was very profitable for me. I spent WAAAAAY too much money, but am satisfied the purchases will prove profitable. It was good to be able to meet the staff I have been talking with over the phone. (I wish you had been there!)I had seen pictures of many of the people, so I could recognize them, but many of the folks I had no clue about the face that went with the voice.

I really didn’t know what to expect, except foreclosure training. I am surprised that being in a group with common business interest would provoke connections. I have attended many trainings with teachers, students, carious professionals and while there have been individual connections, there was not this overall connection. I found this at the TCS Foreclosures Conference and was surprised by it. Another thing that surprised me was my quickly developing self-image as a real estate investor and a short sale specialist. I expected that to take months. Now, the developing skill will still take months, but to have the self-image is a great jump forward and would have taken months if I had not attended the TCS conference.

I am glad for those who encourage me to attend. They were right.

James, please let me know you are well-maybe taking some time off or happily busy- either can be good.

See you,

Gladys
