Cara Mulson brings to TCS Foreclosures a comprehensive and diverse background in the Real Estate industry.

Beginning her career in real estate marketing solutions in 1994, Cara expanded her career systematically by working with the worlds top title companies as a Closer, Business Development Manager and Corporate Trainer.  She has consulted as a Business Analyst for Fee Attorneys, Real Estate Companies and Escrow Offices through out the United States.

Presently, Cara has founded and is acting as the President of her own company, Pre-foreclosure Experts, LLC and is functioning as an affiliate to TCS Foreclosures.  Cara worked with Patrick to write several manuals for TCS and is currently developing a training program for licensed realtors that will teach them how to take advantage of the distressed and undervalued properties in their local markets. Through her experience as a Corporate Trainer, Cara is able to specialize in providing quality education, training and assistance to those individuals who are currently facing foreclosure, realtors seeking to learn the pre-foreclosure industry as well as to individuals seeking to gain wealth through real estate investment.

Cara is a graduate of the University of California at Riverside, a mother of two and currently residing with her husband, Christopher, in San Clemente, Ca.
