TCS Foreclosures: Success Stories – Thomas

June 11, 2003

Dear TCS Foreclosures,

I just wanted to send you a quick note to say thank you for your help in getting me investors with my last two properties. I must say that TCS Foreclosures are always very prompt in returning my calls.

When I called TCS Foreclosures concerning these last properties, I had five investors call me concerning them. I was really impressed. TCS Foreclosures provides such great training. Without TCS Foreclosures I would not know how to purchase properties.

On my first tax sale I was armed with $40,000.00 from an investor TCS Foreclosures referred me to. That day I didn’t get a property. The one had its taxes paid before it went to sale, and the other was bid up to more than it was worth – exactly what Ted Thomas warns us against. But my day came. TCS Foreclosures helped me with being prepared for this sort of thing. TCS Foreclosures have made me very confident.

I now have one property lien that will expire within a year and one deed that has a redemption period of six months.

We got the first property of $18,000.00 and it has a resale value of about $60,000.00 The other property I bid up to $28,000.00 and it has a resale value of $60,000.00 to $70,000.00. It was so wonderful to have the financial confidence to bid up to those amounts, knowing I have the real money from the investors TCS Foreclosures provided. Now I just have to wait and see that the properties won’t be redeems. If they don’t we’ll do very good – me and my investors. The best part to me, is the fact that TCS Foreclosures have the real money for you to invest.

Thank you TCS Foreclosures for giving me that push and confidence I needed to be successful with property liens. Thank you TCS Foreclosures once again for our relationship, and I know that I will acquire many more properties with your help. TCS Foreclosure’s training works! I looking forward to continue to work with TCS Foreclosures in the future.

Yours sincerely,

Thomas
