Just thought I would let you guys know that the program is still in full effect for me. I am actively buying properties using the Members Network and the help of TCS Foreclosures. They have been so helpful in the education and assistance. I have currently purchased 2 properties last week for cash. The first deal I made 10,000 dollars and the second I made $8,000. I have two properties that are in contract as of now that are waiting to be sold. I will profit around 10,000 dollars on each. The most important detail that I want to tell you about is all the properties that I have purchased and sold, I have been able to flip in approximately 30 days. Imagine that.
