Thaddeus Speiser (Investor Relations Manager) developed a passion for business management in college where he learned from some of the brightest minds in the business arena.

By age 22, he became CEO of Lead Source International, an Internet marketing company based in Newport Beach, CA.  After four years of operation, he decided to venture into the real estate world where he joined United General Title Insurance Company.  The experience he gained while at United gave him the skills to become a savvy real estate investor in the Pre-foreclosure market.  His entrepreneurial nature brought him back to business management where he teamed up with TCS Foreclosures to successfully negotiate millions of dollars in contracts for the company nation-wide.

Joining TCS Foreclosures as a foreclosure consultant, it didn’t take long for Thaddeus to prove himself as an extremely knowledgeable individual, with the background and professionalism required to work as a liaison between the investors and the researchers.  It was this reason that Thaddeus was promoted to the position of Investor Relations Manager.  Thaddeus’ main duties include property valuation, profit analysis and coordination of real estate transactions for acquisitions by investors.

Thaddeus’ positive attitude and knowledge of the industry have brought out the best in our researchers, making the investors feel extremely confident investing their money in the properties submitted by TCS Foreclosures researchers.
