Thomas Lee (Director of Submissions) has over 20 years experience in business management and real estate investing.  Thomas began his career in the automotive industry where he successfully helped run a multi-location dealership.  Through these years, Thomas found his passion for the “big deals” by negotiating and acquiring several commercial locations for this business.  It was this passion that ultimately led him to real estate investing.  After years of personally conducting real estate investing, Thomas decided to take it to the next level.

Joining TCS Foreclosures as a foreclosure consultant, it didn’t take long for Thomas to prove himself as an expert in the industry.  Thomas was quickly promoted to the position of Director of Submissions at TCS Foreclosures.  Thomas’ main duties include property valuation, profit analysis and coordination of real estate transactions for acquisitions by investors.   Additionally, Thomas conducts advanced coaching and training with clients during the review and negotiations of investment opportunities.

Thomas is married with 3 small children and is a lifetime resident of Orange County, CA.  He is an active member of his local church and enjoys deep sea fishing and mountain biking.

Thomas’ educational background includes a BS degree in Marketing and Finance from California State University – Fullerton.
